Website and Online Platforms:

• All online platforms under the Company's control are accessible, allowing people with disabilities and seniors to browse and use information, just like any other user.
• The platforms meet the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and the adjustments were made based on Standard 5568 for Internet Content Accessibility at the required level (AA and according to WCAG2). The best compatibility for accessibility tools is achieved using the Chrome browser by Google.
• The platforms provide a semantic structure for assistive technologies and support common usage patterns for keyboard operation, using the arrow keys, ENTER, and ESC to exit menus and windows. An accessibility plugin (appearing as a toolbar marked with a wheelchair icon) is embedded, allowing text enlargement and reduction, display color changes, and adjustments to color, brightness, and contrast settings. The plugin also enables navigation via the keyboard, font changes, link highlighting, and resetting accessibility settings.
• The platforms are adapted for display in common browsers and for adaptive use on smartphones.
• For an optimal browsing experience with screen reader software, it is recommended to use the updated NVDA software.
• The platforms provide telephone support through a contact form. For those unable to use telephone services, it is also possible to contact us via the WhatsApp messaging app (using a dedicated button). The Company does not guarantee a response to every inquiry.
